Like new and is an excellent playing horn. It was my primary horn for many years. It has been well taken care of, finish is 100% with no dents or dings. Very few minor blemishes. Blemishes are very hard to see, and all blemishes should be able to be buffed or polished out professionally if desired. The original case is also in excellent condition, I used a gig bag so it was rarely used. Does not include a mouthpiece. The horn also has a few customizations that are listed with the following features:
Reversed leadpipe and tuning slide, with a single brace for quicker response and playing agility. The reversed leadpipe and tuning enables a free blowing horn, and the tuning slide was customized with a round crook ($120 mod) to help enhance the airflow. Has a heavy mouthpiece receiver to keep tone focused through entire range. It has been customized with a Pickett Brass, Barrel Style Full Heavy Trim Kit to improve slotting (The original valve caps and finger buttons are included). This kit runs $189 from Pickett Brass.
The only reason I?m selling is that I don?t play anymore, and I need the money to pusue other interests. Reasonable offers considered.
